When we bought our home in Santa Barbara, Ken completely rebuilt the wooden stairway to the back deck. He and his crew did a fantastic job!  They consulted with us on every decision and explained the process in detail.  Ken has become our “go to” person for both small and large projects in Santa Barbara; from solving our many plumbing mysteries to designing and building a pergola in our backyard that he ingeniously engineered to include a bench feature that doubled as a ladder to a new garden.  We recommended him to our neighbors and they got the same excellent service. One last important note that really meant a lot to us; Ken always makes time for us regarding any new project we ask him to do.
