Bill Arellanes

My name is Bill Arellanes. I was born in Santa Barbara and have lived here most of my life. I, along with my wife and two daughters enjoy all that this community has to offer, from the beaches to the mountains and everything in between. My family has been here for 8 generations. I grew up being involved in my family's flooring business and I also worked as a sales development professional throughout most of my career. I've built my life upon strong relationships within the community and was active in the youth sports community has a coach for softball and basketball for the past 8 years. Today, I offer you my experience and passion for winning as a team. I strive to find solutions and putting my skills to work for you with a "can-do" attitude. My goal is to make sure my clients have peace of mind during the entire real estate transaction.
